Hotel Riviera

Not sure were to start really but here goes. So just to begin I have never written a bad review in 23 years of travelling or have I tried getting a flight home. The hotel is dirty very very dated and is in desperate need of some kind of overhall. We waited absolutely hours for our room on check in day and it was filthy nothing worked we were then moved room after been told I could only use the air con with a screwdriver room 2 was abit better but then after 2 days everything in this room broke so we were moved for a 3rd time which again was a small improvement no cleaner in for the whole 14 days I had to make my beds up with sheets from reception areas all around were just d8wn right grubby cat poo around the pool and on the seats in the bar area drinks are served in cups from a kids party the food being served is luke warm and extremley repetitive. Cats everywhere including dining area were there is food on the floor All of the above was reported to staff but nobody really seemed to be bothered. There was plenty of people there with all the same complaints but I think the cherry on the cake had to be the ***** it was diabolical seeing staff members with it still under there nose when I say staff I mean bar staff and animation team (who's primary job is to entertain children) All we expected was a clean hotel with descent service but you had to tip to get it when actually you should be tipping because your getting good service Toilet rolls and fresh towels is a nightmare Don't lean on the balcony ours was rotten and falling to bits When you make a complaint the staff do not let you speak and are extremley rude. Please avoid this hotel it's dirty and run down and the staff couldn't care less.

The hotel is so good,from the first get in the hotel I feel with happy vibes,all staff was very welcoming and happy. The bar staff,reception,all of them lovely..The animation team are amazing . Very good with kids and always up for a laugh . Brilliant shows of a night time.

It was the amazing holiday ever i get in Tunisia. The entrainment team was so friendly and helpful they made my holiday I feel like they're my second family. The barmans too so friendly with me. The beach so nice. I didn't feel bored or something bad all the time there's who make you feel like u're in ur own housse.. Thank you all Riviera staff

Very nice place to stay highly recommended. Lovely staff reception is is very lovely always helpful and arranged a day out very affordable bar staff always nice security very friendly and very good manners on all staff rooms very clean and nice views from balcony

Lovely place with nice rooms and great value for money. The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly, always ready to help with any issues. The animation team was especially welcoming, greeting us every morning and keeping us entertained. Nina, in particular, was fantastic at her job, always checking in to see if we wanted to join any activities. The hotel is just a two-minute walk from a beautiful sandy beach. There are also vendors on-site selling trips and massages at good prices, which help add variety to your stay instead of doing the same things every day. The food wasn’t always the best, but for the price, there was always something for everyone. The drinks were quite weak, so we ended up buying our own beer from the bar, but given the affordability, this wasn’t a big issue. This was my first time in Tunisia, and it was a fantastic experience—I’ll definitely be coming back to both the country and this hotel

We gonna come back soon to this hotel I love the staff here they really nice with as Nice food ,The bar men they was nice with as Animation team Top Fares,Joe,Daizy, We enjoy all the activities and the shows that they make it we love it and for sure we’ll come back to make zomba with Joe so much love guys see you soon❤️❤️
